We have developed a proprietary SQL database system, which is accessed through the Extranet, located on our company’ Web site. The Extranet allows our customers secure, immediate access to a number of generic or customized reports which track such elements as inventory levels, order history, shipment tracking, material requirement planning, product bill of materials and other critical data. Customized for each customer, this system enables the customers to submit inventory management request, monitor production levels, and deliver order and literature fulfillment requests. As well, we have the means to receive orders placed through third party Web sites and/or call centers and provide the corresponding pick, pack and shipment steps to ensure timely fulfillment.

The Extranet is an integral part of our services and distinguishes us from our competitors. This system, accessible through our Web site, allows end-users ready access to the SQL database.
