Production Specification
Beginning with an analysis of the product and its components, a detailed bill of materials and production flow chart for producing each product is created. Throughout the process, our team will suggest opportunities to reduce the cost of goods associated with each product.

Bill Of Material (BOM) Management & First Article Authorization
In collaboration with our customers we create a seamless process to create a bill of materials that list the raw material required for the build along with the detailed instructions required to bring together a completed product. The bill of materials can be approved and reviewed through our online reporting system, the Extranet. Before a build begins, a first article is created from the bill of material instructions. The first article is then sent to our customer for final approval. This piece is kept as reference.

Quality Assurance
Quality is assured by meticulous adherence to uniform quality control procedures. Any customized procedures will be assessed and implemented as demanded by the product and customer requirements. All processes are fully documented and available for review.
