Customer Service & Account Management
CO-OPERATIONS, INC. gives customers a single point of contact for communicating all their operational needs. CO-OPERATIONS desires to serve as an extension of our customers’ operations.
Communication An account manager is assigned to each customer. This individual is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the production process and serving as the communication link with us. Our account manager becomes an advocate, and assures business needs are being given the urgency and importance they deserve.
Availability We are committed to provide the best customer service, thus we cross-train on all accounts. This ensures that account managers are not over committed and allows them to flex with the peaks and demands of their customers.
Project Management Account managers are trained to manage the details of a project from start to finish. Each account manager becomes an integral part of the project. They provide an invaluable resource for procurement of materials, coordinating vendor shipments to our facility, managing assembly schedules and assuring timely shipments of completed projects. Often they can offer valuable insights and suggestions to customers from their experience in working with many diverse clients and projects.
Procurement We are able quote and procure all components of a customer’s assembled product or literature kit. This will eliminate hours of a customers’ own time. Our partnerships with our suppliers allow customers the opportunity to share in purchasing discounts, and quick turn times.
